Our Quality & Workmanship Guarantee

When you receive your tent, stove, or pole set, inspect it carefully for any defects. If within 30 days you are not completely satisfied, and if the item is in unused condition, we will replace it or buy it back--whichever you prefer. If you use the item and a defect is found in our workmanship, we will repair or correct the defect for as long as you own your Canvas Cabin. Damage done to the tent, poles, or frame from wind or snow is specifically excluded. All inside frames are covered by Kwik Kamp.
